PAF vs CSS

I am applying for PAF SPSSC 119 NGD Engineering. I have also given the CSS exam 2016 and awaiting result, which I might not clear being first attempt. I'll attempt again in 2017.

Now I am interested in knowing that:

1. Can I apply for CSS after joining PAF after the training period (if I got selected) ?

2. How do you compare the facilities, perks & privileges provided by each service in long term as well as in short term. (SPSSC vs CSS)

Please don't take it personal. Don't you think you are asking this question little bit earlier?

I like to know all aspects of a work before I start working on it. You may call this my habit. :)

if you believe you can pass css easily then do not join PAF, and if you think you can not pass css then join PAF as soon possible. it is a good job as well you will get more facilities
