Default New age relaxation
is there any relaxation for a person who is overage by 6 days? according to new rules for 2017, max age is 30 years, I am going to be 30 on 25 December, butt cut off date is 31 December. Is there any relaxation for me?

Do you have any idea about the cluster based program being implemented in 2018?
Im an aspirant of CE 2018 but if they implement the policy of compulsory education of 16 years I would not be eligible. So do you think it will be implemented next year? What are the chances?

As far as education is concerned then it would remain 14 years and the cluster based examination is very less likely to be held.

Default Age Relaxation and Domicile Question
Dear anyone,

I have a query, I have turned 30 this August. I gave CSS Examinations in 2009 from Karachi, since I have been living in Karachi from the age of 5, I got my domicile from Karachi.
However, I am Local of Quetta Baluchistan and have ethnic tribal association with a Pushtoon tribe so I am eligible for a Local/Domicile of Baluchistan.

My question is this, can I attempt CSS 2018 from Baluchistan quota? As the exam would be possibly conducted in early 2018 and I wont be 32 years of age until August 2018.
