Can any serving CSP's comment on this article. Apparently it was written by a former civil service officer.

Yes,i agree,he has presented a very grim picture of bureaucracy.Discouraging the aspirants,he has taken a pessimistic view of the whole situation.A serving officer needs to comment on his article.After the result and such articles ,CSS exam has become highly discouraging.

Yes Of Course, These are most qualified person in the country.
They are guide to government for progress.
