It is quiet tough to implement urdu language so quickly, complete syllabus, books, paper pattern and grouping of subjects etc. Lets wait for FPSC update.
Actually English is a language not a subject, but in Pakistan it is being taught as subject. FPSC needs to take proper steps to evaluate caliber of an aspirant in our primary language. On the other hand English is necessary to live in globalized world.

I don't think that FPSC will conduct the next CSS examination in urdu. That is just news still not approved by the FPSC administration.:

Css Aspirants should protest against this decision if it is implemented as there must be a choice for them to either attempt paper in Urdu or English. After studying in English medium language from birth , how is one suppose to produce material in Urdu language suddenly. And what about the fate of those people who are already preparing for the exam and are not much familiar with Urdu. Such an unrealistic decision.

I think they are going to introduce the paper of urdu for some marks in 2018 exam.

Cluster based system is introducing from 2018 exam, urdu or no urdu will be just an option to attempt.
