I am totally demoralized .. now feel nothing and demotivated to every thing what should I do?

All i can suggest is reconnect to your aim in life.....pray and seek help from god,have faith in Him....He is always there for his people its we who dont look upto him and seek refuge in other things, He is always there waiting for us to call him..and last but not the least wo apnay bandon pe unki himmat de zyada bohj nahi dalta,reconnect to him and have faith in Him

Your have started preparing for CSS and there must be some reason behind it. No one merely prepares for it for job seeking. By doing CSS one becomes part of most prestige service in the country which will give you countless opportunities to serve your nation. Apart from that CSS secures your future in many ways. You get a permanent 17 grade job and if one is lucky and get selected in FSP, PAS and PSP there are countless benefits like honor, power, social status, social circle etc. There must be something which can motivate you. Just think about it and read or watch something relevant to it, you will get motivation.
Rest you can watch videos of motivational speakers and you can watch inspirational movies as well. Sometimes it happens that one lost his interest in something. Just try to get motivation by it but if you are losing interest it can be due to many reasons. Studying same material again and again. Switch the subject for some days. Do not over burden yourself by studying only. Spare a little time for entertainment. You can read other interesting books, watch movies, seasons in a spare time. Take a good long sleep of 6-8 hours daily. These tips will not only keep you motivated but will also help you in keeping your interest to task.

I think apart from a good job , preparation of css is rewards onto itself

1. Don't tell anyone about your CSS preparation except your family.
2. Think about the main reason for which you are taking the exam.
3. Don't overload yourself.
4. If you can study 8 to 10 hours with concentration, it is better than studying for 14 or 15 hours by merely looking at the book.
5. Keep away those people, who tell you about failures in CSS.
