Your question became incomprehensible for me in the middle but here's my answer.
If your first priority is Fsp and second pas, then you will be considered for pas if merit of Fsp closes before pas. But in my limited experience, merit of pas can never close before FSP... Fsp is also first preference of people.But as compared to people with first preference of pas, the number is of former mentioned people is meagre.

1. Yes, you can. In fact it's advisable to write one. But don't be a historian, write one which is correct and no need to be an expert in any paper.
2. I bought Gat book for ability portion..Just solve that, no need of coaching. Yes there were classes in academy and I attended a couple.

Sister can you suggest a few tips to keep the motivation level intact for studies. There comes days when you feel demotivated and get side tracked. How to develop preserverance? Regards

@hazelnut repeating my question from you over here... i really hope you see it and give reply
Hazelnut it is very difficult to write urdu now for islamyat after a long gap ( i had islamyat in urdu in matric and FSc but have not written a single line in urdu for 4 years now)
I am facing immense difficulty in writing urdu and i am afraid it will affect my writing speed in paper and conveyance of ideas... please suggest anything if you faced similar difficulty?

Yes I have realized it after reading my self. It was confusing. However, I have understood your reply. My 1st choice is FSP and 2nd PAS and one of your previous replies to someone else made me confuse. They do not matter much for me at the moment because preferences written on paper can be changed later. I will take guidance about that after clearing written In Sha Allah.
