Default 6 MONTHS for CSS-IS PREPARATION POSSIBLE?

Hey! I am a new member and would really appreciate some help. I have yet to start preparation for css 2018, and due to some unavoidable circumstances it's really important for me to appear this year. It would become really tough to do so any later. So the help that I seek is that with these 6 months remaining, what should be the schedule that I follow to make the best of the time remaining. Could someone experienced please plot out a timetable or something, it would be really helpful!! These six months, I am free twenty-four hours so..
The optionals that I have thought to go for are:
IR
I. Law
Geography
Environmental Sciences/Public Ad.
Any of the histories.

Geography is very long subject. Go for Gender Studies or Sociology or Anthropology. 6 months are more than enough if you study regularly for 6-8 hours.

Sir, 6-8 hours per day? I was thinking it would be more like 15-16 hours of study that is required . 6-8 is good enough? I do have general know-how about current affairs and all. Written English, too, is not entirely bad.

I am good at Geography. Have studied it earlier.

I am also starting my preparations from today I have decided to go with one subject at a time along with practising English because whatever any one says it's 90% English that will carry you forward so I read newspaper for current affairs as well as sentence structure and paragraph writing along with a couple of pages of writing daily as well as trying to analyze the happening around the world.

My subjects are
International relations
International law
Jounalism and mass communication
Public administration
History of usa

Opt US history n place of Geography but if you have done already with geography then do opt it. Choose one regional language as well..you have just 5 months and from five one month will be for revision.. minimum 10 to 11 hours is needed. 6 hours of study is nothing in my point of view..

Dear Aspirant,

Yes, it is possible to prepare for CSS in a matter of 6 months. I can quote a qualifier as well who cleared ce-2016 with just 5 month prep and i myself (Though couldn't clear ce-2016) also gave 5 months for preparation. So it is possible

Regards

I made my mind yesterday, that I have to appear for CSS exams.

My qualification: B.A (Regular Karachi), Age 28-10 months.
