Joining CSS after 28

If someone joins CSS after 28 ( as age has now been increased ), then which maximum grade can a person reach. I have heard that if you join CSS after 28, you will hardly reach Grade 19. Can some senior be kind enough to tell something about promotion policy and will joining CSS after 28 be worth it??

Promotion will vary in each service group.For example,promotions in PAAS are quicker than MLCG.However,most csp officers will reach grade 20 and 21 atleast,even if they join around the age of 28

You will reach the grade you are meant to reach, so forget age and do your part. Leave the rest to Allah
