Can a Student Of Bachelor Start Css Preparation During His Study??

I am a Bs computer science( 3rd semester ) student and i want to attempt css exam in future In Sha Allah. I want to start my preparation from today because every body says that this exam is very difficult. If i start preparation by studying 2 to 3 hours daily till exam may be its better for me.
I want senior and expert suggestion.
Please tell me i start its preparation or not???
i am very confused.

Yeah you are on the right track. The syllabus is very vast and it would help you a lot if you start preparing as soon as possible. When you finish your degree you would have completed 2-3 subjects prep and that will boost your confidence a lot. I would suggest that you go through the CA syllabus and putting it in perspective start reading DAWM newspaper daily. This will cover CA + English. Then on weekends just write 2-3 pages on any current affairs topic and get it checked from any English teacher you know. Do this till you graduate and I guarantee you that you would have covered 40-50% prep of CSS when you graduate.
