It is better to seek advice and guidline from an experienced person yet I believe that every person has his/her unique personality traits and qaulities. We percieve things differently based on our knowledge and attitude so I would like to say that depending too much on other's advice is not good idea, we should follow ourself and whenever we follow particular path we explore things to improve it at every step.
