Default Answer solving techniques
Is it necessary to solve every css paper's question while posting outlines at the start of each answer ?
like what we usually do in essay paper.

If not necessary, then will it be beneficial for candidate?

I also have a similar query. Is making an outline a mandatory part of the essay?
