I applied for css but didn't appear due to some personal reasons in 2015. Will it be considered as an attempt or I still have 3 chances remaining? Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks

Your attempt is counted once you sit in exam,even if you have appeared in one paper only .

Secondly your attempt gets wasted if your age exceeds.


just by applying and not appearing would not waste your attempt.

Thanks, so in form i should fill the column as first chance? Because I haven't appear even in a single paper.

I had asked this same question previously.
Most of the candidates told me as i did'nt appear in a single paper ,my attempt/chance will not be counted.
Also,It was mentioned In FPSC Rules that "A candidate shall be deemed to have attempted the exams and his / her chance shall stand consumed if he/ she actually appeared in on or more papers."
