Age Factor!!
Hello everyone. If one joins CTP at the age of 30+, what would be one's chances of getting promoted to BS-22? What could be the highest grade one could attain in this case?
Thank you. |

It depends upon:
Your occupational group Your performance Political patronage / Personal Relationing However, people in PAS/PSP have more chances of elevation to BPS-22 because these two groups have major share in BPS-22 seats.

Minimum time required to reach BS-21 in PAS/PSP is 24 years. So yes, one should reach BS-21 in these two groups. Some times there is delay due to non-availability of seats. PAS has the largest chunk of seats of BS-21 and BS-22, so people in PAS reach higher grades earlier than those of any other group/service.
