Dear All,

I want to know if iam eligible for CSS , i am currently working for Pakistan atomic Energy on contract basis , there was statement in departmental permission rule that i declare that i do not belong to an autonomous organization , A quick and well learned reply would be appreciated from any senior who knows exactly what i am talking about .. Thanks
