Can anyone guide me on whether to include my O/A levels grades in academic section or the marks shown on my equivalence certificate?
and in case of equivalence certificate what should i write in 'Name of Examination' box?

where do we enter the optional subjects?
and is it necessary to fill out the fields without the asterisk(*)? or can we leave them blank?

Fill in the online form and apply online before 14th Nov. Then send them the print out till 24th Nov.

Deadline for applying online is 14. Nov.

You can then print out your application and send it with the required documents till 24th Nov.
