Default Foreign Degree issue before applying application

Hello All,

I am facing a real crisis at the moment. I have a foreign degree from Sweden in BS Electrical Engineering. I want to fill out the application for CSS examination but the issue is lack of knowledge. I have been contacting FPSC but received no reply.

So, can someone give me authentic information, do I need some equivalency certificate from HEC or PEC or can I apply directly without any conversion/equivalency certificate?

Please let me know. It's very necessary.

Regards,
Hasy

At this stage you can apply without equivalence certificate. However, write a letter with your application that you have applied for your equivalence certificate and will send it to fpsc when you get it. When you get the certificate, then you can send it to fpsc. You still have enough time to get the certificate anyways because registration has not started yet.

So, equivalence certificate is required anyway? This is what I was supposed to ask? Is it mentioned somewhere on fpsc website? I want to check this rule because I have not applied for equivalency certificate yet.

Thanks for replying mate.

Hi there,

Long shot but did you get admission into CSS Exam? If so, how?

I'm an Australian graduate who is struggling to find out what division does my degree fall in as Australia only has CGPA out of 7 and no grades etc.

HEC and FPSC have been of absolutely no help at all.

Any help would be appreciated.
