I want to improve my writing expression please provide any tutor to me

You must tell the city in which you are looking for a teacher before anyone can help you. But I can for sure tell you that any teacher that can check your essays for grammar, sentence structure, appropriate use of vocabulary, and argument building will do good. Find a good teacher in your local area who knows English grammar and composition in depth and have a good command over academic essay writing. Furthermore, start practicing by building small argumentative paragraphs on any topic you come across on media related to Pakistan affairs or International affairs.

Practice is all that you will need after you have covered the basics of English grammar and composition. So after you start getting better in paragraph writing take it to next level and start making outlines on the topics. Each point in the outline must be sufficient to write a separate paragraph. And once you have done that too, start writing introductory paragraph in start and conclusive paragraph in the end.

I would also suggest to pick 5 most important matters of Pakistan's national and international affairs during the year 2018-19. Collect as many solid points on these topics as you can in aspects ranging from social, economical, political, international, local, global impacts. Gather official statistics, authentic references to the events, theoretical terminologies and definitions. Once you are able to organize your outline according to the relevance of the topic followed by relevant arguments in a paragraph backed by authentic references you can never fail the essay writing. You must build coherent paragraphs--which means you have to give arguments related to the point you are explaining in the paragraph.

For composition and precis start with parts of speech and practice by highlighting them on an English news paper. Build good vocabulary -- Word Smart -- savvy kind of vocabulary.
