Penalty and ineligibility

There are two kinds of penalties i.e. Major Penalties & Minor Penalties.
Minor penalties do not make you ineligible for future government appointments.
From major penalties, only dismissal from service makes ineligible for future government employment.
After the penalty of "removal from service" you can join any other government appointment.
The punishment of "Compulsory Retirement from service" does not bar you from future employment but after that you will you will be applied with Re-employment policy. For some posts, re-employment is allowed while for the others it is not applicable.
Means the only dangerous penalty is "Dismissal from service" and the other one "Compulsory Retirement" is the complicated one for other appointments.
If you have applied for any post, you must have to declare your penality if it is asked in the form. Because concealment of facts in the employment forms make you ineligible.
Appeal against any penalty is the legal right of any employee and one must have to submit an appeal against any order of the authority if feels aggrieved.
