Age Relaxation
 

Dear Friends, I started my government Job on 19-12-2017. I shall have the two years continuous government job experience as on 19-12-2019. My date of birth is 15-11-1989 which means that i'll cross the age limit of 30 years before 31-12-2019. Shall I attain 2 years age relaxation? Please help me so that i can focus on CSS preparation without any doubt in my mind about criteria of age relaxation.

Yes you can claim 2 years age relaxation as you will be having more than 2 years of continuous service of government job
Is your organisation autonomous body or state bank? They are not eligible to claim age relaxation

Thanks a lot. No its a complete Government organization. Actually someone told me that in order to attain the 2 years age relation, i should have a 2 years government experience before attaining the age of 30 years. I don't know if its true because rules do not have any such condition

Using rules of previous css examination 2017, 2018 and 2019
We can deduce that cut-off date will be 31st December 2019
On 31st December 2019 you should have minimum 2 years of continuous service
In your case, on 31st December 2019, your tenure/length of government service will be more than 2 years. So you are allowed to claim age relaxation
Plus 2021 is the last year you can apply for css
After that you will exceed the 30+2 years = 32 years age limit

Mind if you help me as well. I have 3 years experaince in a Semi Govt Bank "The Bank of khyber". As my Date of Birth is 28-02-1989, am i eligible for css 2020. As the adverts stats that 30 years will be considered on 31 Dec 2019.

How to claim age relaxation through online apply? What's the procedure?

Which documents??
 

I have similar issue..... Do we only need departmental permission certificate or any other document to claim age relaxtion. Any other certificate or what

Since I have not applyied for the age relaxation hence i have no experience or solid information on that

since you said its 28-02-1989, doesn't that make you 30 at 31-12-19?? it does!!
