How do we attest our cnic matric or inter certificates as it is mentioned that we need to send attested copies to the fpsc office.
Kindly guide

Attestation required is similar as you have done throughout your academia. By any authorized officer.

Yes, any one if s/he is authorized to do so.

I have never had my documents attested from anywhere.
Can you expoubd upon this a little more as to who attests the educational certificates in general?

you can have them attested from any Grade 17 or above government official. Attestation simply means they will stamp and sign your documents one by one.

I got them attested today by Assistant litigation Education (BS-16) officer. Is it a strict condition to get them attested from somebody of BS-17 or above?

Officer grade starts from BS 17. You need to get attestation from BS 17 or higher grade officer. Any government officer of BS 17 or above can attest your documents.

According to the notification No.2/1/2019-DS(R-1) of Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division on 10th, June 2019, "all posts which are substantively sanctioned in BPS 16 are gazzetted and such employees are to be treated as officers."

So, any BPS 16 or above can attest the documents.
