Yes, you will be eligible to appear in 2021... Check this interview of Dr. Ishrat published today by business recorder where he clearly says that Engineer or Doctor can apply but he has to appear in certain optionals for certain groups...

Sir, I have a confusion regarding this...Will pharm-D graduates be allowed to apply to after 2021..... and if they will be what optional subjects would they be asked to opt for??
