We need more context here. Define what's scope? If it is a subject, like international relations, then you would have to tell what is the scope of the said subject in Pakistan.

i think you are confused by two words,''scope'' and ''significance''.let me explain them is simplest way possible.
when we talk about ''scope'' of something it means we are trying to define its boundaries.we are trying to find out how vast the subject is and what are its limits.For instance if we say the scope of css forum is competitive exams.it means everything related to competitive exams comes under purview of css forum.Our assertion about scope of css forum has limited it to competitive exams and it has excluded other non-competitive exams such as intermediate or bachelors exams.
the ''significance'' of something means its importance.what is the significance of aspirin?it reduces pain.what is the significance of css forum? it helps prepare candidates for competitive exams.
