Please sue the namby-pamby FPSC and the Government in court as they are spreading provincial discrimination and ethnic warfare.

Firstly, FPSC (to the best of my knowledge) has not announced any such exams officially.
Secondly, The purpose of these "Special Exams" (again to the best of my knowledge) is to fulfill the vacant seats of others provinces as Punjab seats are usually fulfilled. The purpose is in no way to cause provincial discrimination.
Hope that answers the question

P.S As a CSS aspirant you should fully analyze the issue and try not to take such an extreme position. Also, (in my humble opinion) in case of announcements regarding exams and reforms only consider the official announcement made by FPSC.
