Hi,

I am graduated in 2019 oct. As i have not got degree from uni till now as covid-19 came universities were just called off. I want to know can i apply for css 2021 on basis of dmc of 8th sem. If i can apply when i need to submit degree to fpsc as due to covid-19 universities are still closed.

yes you can .they need result to determine your eligibilty.this reply is based on answer given by top fpsc official in response to my question.

The rules state about certificate or dmc will be enough of 8th sem ?
