The starting salary as I calculated is 45 to 55K. This is the minimum a fresh CSP is going to get unless and until other departmental allowances are added. E.g, IRS guys have added allowances which takes the salaries much higher. Police dpt has its own allowances. So, a single figure won't fit all. A guy talked about Executive allowance, which is permissible to PAS / PMS officers in Punjab and KP but not to other occupational groups.
