Default Salary of css officer in 2020
Hi
I want to know the salary of css officer. There are twelve groups which groups has high salary and which group has lowest salary. Give me a figure. I googled and i got to know the starting salary is 30k. Do u think this is right or not. please tell me the latest salaries.

30k is an underestimate. 30370 is the basic salary. Plus 4 adhoc allowances (2016,2017,2018,2019) of 10k combined are currently being added in pay. Then you have medical allowance (1846 Rs), Conveyance allowance allowance (5k) where official vehicle not provided and house rent (roughly 4 to 6k) where official residence isn't provided.
Deductions including GP fund, BF fund etc would be of 6k roughly.. So, minimum net salary without any departmental allowance, qualification allowance, charge allowance etc is anywhere between 45 - 55k. Most the groups however have their own allowances.

It is too low people in 14th scale getting starting salaries around 65k

Dear, salary mostly depends on the department and province you are serving in. Now-a-days executive allowance(150% of the Basic Pay) is being given to PAS/PMS/PCS officers which makes their initial starting salary in BPS-17 above 100k excluding T.A/D.A. In KP Province PAS/PMS/PCS officers in BPS-17 are getting a gross salary of 120000 per month.

Executive allowance is admissible in only 1 group of CSS (PAS). That too on cadre posts only.

In KP province it is given to PMS/PAS/PCS Officers working against schedule posts. You don't know.

So other groups have salary around 50-60k because executive allowance is not given to them.

My friend, who's serving in Office management group (CSS-2016), has a salary of about 80k/month.

It depends on province to province. My sister from the 45th common is working as AC in Punjab. Her monthly salary is around 95k
