The subject requires 7-15 days of prep (depending on the student) and is average scoring (50-70). Dont just select this subject because of these two factors only. Go through past papers(2016-2020) and syllabus of the subject simultaneously to get the general idea of pattern and type of knowledge tested. Also go through examiner's report and the annual report on FPSC site and ctrl+f your way to the Agriculture and Forestry subject's comments. After doing these steps you'll be in a better position to decide whether or not to choose this or any other subject.

Lastly, also consider that no "clean sweep" or "jharu operation" has been performed on the paper checking of this paper till date(2016-2020). So factor in strict marking for this or next year's paper.

You cant prepare this type of subject through google or some academies notes. Most academies notes, even the top ones, are copy pasted from wikipedia or the top 3 google seaech result. You'll be better off making contacts with some students of Agriculture/forestery related institute/university. ARID university RWP comes into mind. Look up such an institute in your district. Stick to the syllabus and you'll do fine.

there is combination of a couple field (Agri and Forestry) as a single subject in CE. So i must say you will not go for this one while choosing subjects for css. on the basis of scoring marks it will be proven for you as a white elephant, in addition you can cover the forestry syllabus easily but agriculture may not because its two lengthy and time cosuming so you must go for environmental science instead of forestry in the same group. BTW, I HAVE DONE MY GRADUATION IN FORESTRY, EVEN THAT I AM ALSO CHOOSING ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE IN PLACE OF FORESTRY AND AGRICULTURE.

BEST OF LUCK
