Suggestions, please? Does it look good?

Every nation of the world has an education system in accordance with its national mood that formulates and achieve the national objectives. And the nation keeps on working to achieve those objectives. Hence, the educational system of a nation is that universal training system that helps individuals to uprear their mental capabilities and in character building. Education system trains individuals in such a way that they change the fate of the nation.

not a bad effort though some word choices dont fit. e.g national mood, temperament could be used instead.
