Am I elligible

Can someone in the last year of their bachelors degree apply for css 2021. degree will be completed by june next year that is before the result of the written exam.

No, as per the current rules, the candidate should have completed their bachelors in order to apply for css. Hence candidates in their last year of bachelors cannot apply
