Default Certificate from Kashmir affairs division for AJK nationals (Annex C)
One thing that is really bugging me is this certificate. In the CSS Rules file, it is clearly mentioned that this certificate is needed for Age relaxation. However, my age is within age limit and I don't need to apply for relaxation. But, in the final form of css application, this certificate is mentioned in the checklist. Being an AJK national, I need to know whether the domicile and PRC are enough to apply for CSS or not. Thanks

I have got the answer. To prove that you are a citizen of AJK, you need domicile and PRC only. Annex C is related to age relaxation.

Hi,
You need annex-c for applying whether you are above or within age limits. It can be easily obtained from Secretariat Islamabad. Just bring domicile copy, cnic copy and PRC copy with you.

Are you sure? Also can someone take it on my behalf if I provide them with the documents? How much time it takes to get the annex C signed and stamped? Are there long queues?

Thanks. I was told by the guys who applied before css2018. Because of your comment I had to look at it all over again and you are right. According to new rules in 2018, Annex C is mandatory.
Also I checked with kashmir division, they say bring along attested copies of cnic, domicile, state subject, PRC and front page of your final css form to obtain Annex C. (Bring originals as well, the representative said)
