AoA
this is emanya, i want to know about height criteria in css. iam short heighted (4'7 or 4'8 not sure)
will it affect on my selection?
is it a main criteria?

Ive checked it. i might be of 4.7'' while the height req for girl is 4.8 minimum. what should i do now?

According to the CSS Rules 2019 onwards: "In the case of female candidates, this standard will be reduced to 1473 millimeters for posts which are completely sedentary."

1743 millimeters = 4.83ft.

At this point you can go ahead and get yourself properly measured instead of being confused as to what your actual height is. Measure yourself without wearing shoes and stand erect against a wall.

I find it hard to tell you that you does not clear the required medical criteria. Kindly, consult a doctor to inquire whether you could gain those marginal few inches that you require. There are certain height gaining exercising and based on your age and medical condition the doctor might be able to advise you better with medication or exercises.

Skipping and stretching could help you. But a doctor could answer you better in this regard. As far as is height important in CSS, I think the burden to answer that lies on FPSC who have made the rules regarding it and other criteria. I can't say whether they would ignore it or not at the time of medical.
