Question Grade 17 ---> Grade 18
How much average time it takes to move from Grade 17 to Grade 18 in both PSP and DMG groups?

Default criteria for promotion
As per the Civil Service Laws, criteria for promotion (17 to 18) is as follows:
1. At least 5 years of service in grade 17
2. Vacancy in grade 18
