There is a reliable information that there will be screening test starting from CE-2022. But yes to confirm it ,we can wait for official announcement by Fpsc. I can't see any other reason for the delay of application forms. And yes I think that they will take regular CE exams, after screening test and that will be like a month or two after they conduct screening test.

Wait for the announcement , and with it , wait for some other stuff too as there are many policies that will change as per Ishrat Hussain. If you read his book 'Governing the Ungovernable' then you know what I mean.

Don't know that they will increase age limit and attempts this year or not. But I think Ishrat Hussain wrote something about it in his book that age limit must be increased. Can't remember exactly.

Don't know that they will increase age limit and attempts this year or not. But I think Ishrat Hussain wrote something about it in his book that age limit must be increased. Can't remember exactly.
Let's see but the Pakistani govt can't be so efficient as you are saying. It might take some more years. But screening test would be conducted.
