Screening of CSS
 

So there is a new announcement that now there will be screening and css has been postponed

It is still not confirmed whether the screening part will come into effect from CSS 2022 or not. Therefore, we can not say that it will be delayed.

isnt it a bit strange to announce it so late as we have 3 months to exam so probably a month for screening. i think it wont change much as you can see the non serious dont appear as is case when ~33000 apply but ~17000 appear. and i heard about urdu being a part which is creating anxiety crisis for me

Agree with you, it seems a bit abrupt and even strange
Actually these css reforms were being planned for a very long time
So maybe they decided to go ahead and make some changes

Do u think that age relaxation or attempt increase or both may be allowed?

Maybe the plan of age relaxation or attempt increase might come next year. I was listening to a mentor who was announcing that syllabus might also change next year with other productive reforms.

Urdu would be proved as a blunder. Govt should remember that most students are those who have not touched this subject after FSc. What is the purpose of introducing Urdu in CSS screening?
