Is it necessary to mention all degrees in CSS MPT form such as inter and matric or just graduation details are enough?

I think one should. It won't take much time. Since fpsc has provided us with the space, we should fill it up. I have given mine from matriculation till graduation. Also, later when we'll have to provide supporting documents, we should have already given the required information for them.

i cant find the exact date of the start of matriculation or intermediate , what date should i place as the start?

I could not too so I just seleted the first Monday of the month when my school resumed to the best of my knowledge. In my case it was July.

Just write down any date. For example , if matriculation started in year 2016, then write down 1st August 2016. They don't need exact date. If they do need it, then they will ask you after your qualification for interview. So, don't panic, that's not a big issue.
