Css mark recounting

Aoa ,hope everyone is fine.
Anyone here,who has applied for css recounting of marks for CSS 21 and received his /her result.I applied for the same in Nov 2021 but have not recieved any reply from them yet .I have been trying to contact at FPSC HQ landline number to no avails. Any guidance will be appreciated.
