Default Is it possible to appear in CSS during 5 years graduation program?
Is it possible to appear in the CSS during 5 year graduation program?

For example you're doing MBBS or Pharmacy and after completing your 3 years, you get NOC from the Institute upon which can you appear in CSS?

I've heard it quite a few times that you can do that. But confused. Does anybody have knowledge regarding this?
