Default Age Limit for css 2024
Salam All, I am bit confused owing to varying answers given by people as to my eligibility for CSS 2024. My DOB is 1 Feb 1993. Will I be eligible for CSS 2024? I will be 30 on 31Dec 2023(the cut off date) CSS rules clearly mention the need to be 30 by the cut off date the previous year. Has some one been in the same situation? Been 31 by the time exam happened? Hoping for a quick reply. Thank you!

Salam, can someone please guide? Is 30 the upper cap? Meaning you can’t be even a day above 30?

You should not be 31. You are eligible if you are 30. Days do not matter.

I have read a lot of posts here that say you can’t be even a day older than 30. One person mentioned he was unable to apply online even though he was 30 by the cut off date as he was 30 years and a few months old.

Please accept my apologies, for a delayed response:

You are not eligible to appear in css-2024 as you will be over-age.

However, you are eligible for css-2023
