Can I take CSS Exams ?

My age is 29 years and 02 months. The upper limit of age for appearing in CSS exam is 30 years. Recently (02 months earlier), I got job as Data Entry Operator (BS-14) in FBR on active-temporary basis.

Should I start preparation for CSS exams? Will I be able to get the two (2) years age relaxation from FBR as a government employee? Thanks
