Default General Request - Age relaxation
My dear friends It is requested you to please provide me material regarding age relaxation at my email address as soon as possible.

I am going to file petition within a 3 days in a Peshawar High Court with the help of lawyers and retired judges.

Also send me your name, father name, date of birth and addresses if you want to include your name in this petition for age relaxation. Otherwise send me all documents and government decision ( links or soft copies )from 2001 to 2011 regarding CSS age relaxation.

Why are you not going to file this petetion in Supreme Court ? Any how, this action of yours will be a source of hope who deserve age relaxation.

Lawyers advised us it was waisting of time to go supreme court first. Because supreme court could revert back this case to higher court for further investigation.If high court advise to go supreme court then we go there.

The decision of honorable judge "syed mansoor ali shah' for PMS age relaxation may be reffered in css age relaxation case:-
In the detailed decision of the court regarding PMS age relaxation it was written (i read in some part of the decision) meaning of which states that:
"as to appear in PMS no previous experience is a requirement to apply,,,,, so the govt employees are given relaxation violates the rights of a common citizen.... so that relaxation should also be applied to general candidate not in public service"

dear Asif kindly make this a part of your petition as well,,,,

Do you know that FPSC has now again requested to the PM to enhance upper age limit of CSS candidates according to the correspondent of The News Dated 09th August 2011.Kindly prior to moving to any court confirm it throgh some reliable person of FPSC that what kind of recommendations are included now in the Age Relaxation summary.

I and one of my co-worker are interested to file a petition in the Lahore High Court but was unable to do it in recent past due to work load at workplace now a days. But Insha-ALLAH we'll be in petition wd Asif. I will e-mail you my cell and address and that of my coworker (Mr. Qasim Ali),
