The submission of Application Forms (Registration as Candidate) would only take place in December. Even if you apply online, you would have to submit your documentation in paper too, I presume. In any case, the FPSC would keep the option of manual submission of forms open. You still have time for all this.

Sir according to FPSC website you will apply online and wil get the pre filled form printed and submit it via snail mail or in person. I wanted to know when to get registered with FPSC website, now or at the time of submission?

I guess you can safely wait till December 1st, when FPSC announces in National Dailies to start submitting the forms. Nevertheless, you can always call up FPSC and inquire about it. At this time the FPSC is busy in the release of written result for CE-2011 though.

well you can register and create an account on FPSC website even rite now, its much like a monster.com account where you can apply for many posts announced time by time by FPSC; likewise you can apply for CSS using the same account when dates have been announced (usually in first week of December, prior to that you wont have the option of apply for CSS)... you still have to printout the filled in eform from the website and submit it alongwith photocopies of other documents (NIC, certificates, photographs, challan etc) to FPSC office either hand to hand or via courier or post whatever... the only leverage you can get by applying online is you get 10 more days for submitting the form, thats all...
