Nope. Brother, however, five year general age relaxation is allowed for everybody.

Salam to all seniors... kindly guide me in age relaxation matter.
My official date of birth is 01.08.87 and now I am of 26 years, one month and 24 days of age with next two more chances of 2014 and 2015 subject to normal age limit of 28..
Today I am in government service (through PPSC, 5 years contract in Local Government and Community Development Department) from 28.05.2013 ( age 25 year, 9 month 28 days) when I joined the service...
Now my question is,
being contract employ of 5 years in a non autonomous body, with more than two years possible job experience upto 28 years of age that will be on 01.08.2015 ...
Will I get two year age relaxation upto 2017 or not?

what about age relaxation of developmental project based employees? i heared they can avail relaxation equal to tenure of their serving. is that true?

They are employed on private job hence no age relaxation.
