Is there anyone who appeared in CE 2011 and could'nt make it and now looking to appear in 2013?

What should be the strategy for this year?

i think examination department of fpsc is full of nepotism which only encourage students of punjab and they mostly fails the students of other provinces

Its not true. Dont think like that. Anyone who works hard and meets required criteria and favored by luck clears exam

My optionals were indo pak , geography , journalism, punjabi
