salam dear members as mention in the app. form postal address and permanent address what is meant by postal address and what is difference between them and please suggest some good books for political science

Postal address; on which you receive letters for example your personal letters, Role no. slips or appointment letters, bills etc.
Permanent address is asked for the sake of urgent contact at any time.

Malmeena Khan has already pointed out the difference between Postal Address and Permanent Address. I would like to add furthur that Permanent Address is where one's home town or permanent family residence/domicle is situated. Whereas Postal Address is where one wants to receive letters/posts etc. Now, if one is residing in his home town/permanent residence, one's Permanent and Postal addresses will be the same. Whereas if one is living/working in some other area/city for studies/job etc, the address of this area/city may be the postal address. Like I am from Lahore but temporarily living in Karachi for job purpose. Therefore, my permanent address is that of Lahore and Postal Address is of Karachi.

thank you sir for guidance but now i have done a mistake in filling in the app. form and that is where they asked for verification of the attached documents whether i have attached the following documents with form and tick yes or no but i have ticked yes and simuktaniously wrote the no. of documents in the box of no but now i have realised that it is not the boxes for numbering but simply boxes for ticking no what can i do now are there chances of rejecting the application because of this mistake.

I don't think this may be the reason for rejection of the application. As you have attached all the documents with application form, there should be no issue. However, you may also contact them and confirm/clarify about this.

No brother, you have to complete your bachelors degree (or BBA Hons) for being eligible to appear in CSS exam.

It will be good if a Grade 17 Govt. Officer attest your documents.
