Well first start with english, try to make your sentence structure strong as composition helps in all papers. Then try to read dawn newspaper or other english newspaper daily to improve vocabulary and get grip over current affairs. Well I'll suggest you to opt Islamic history (200) instead of US history+any other, as it is good scoring subject. Regards

Jazak Allah for the reply. I should consider Islamic history. And what about the person who never ever studied these subjects.

Well any one with interest and with little bit more hardwork can overcome these subjects. These are all little bit general subjects, you have to work on their particular terminology and basic ideas. As Sociology paper always contains 1 or 2 Questions related to social problems of pakistan like poverty/unemployment/suicide/illiteracy etc. In Journalism paper there are also general questions like role of media or public opinion, freedom of media etc. You need not to worry. Just concentrate and focus subjects surely you'll get fruit of it from Almighty Allah.

AOA,
sister i will advice you to either opt any regional language or Muslim law
and if u think after seeing books and past 10 years papers of international law
then opt it
otherwise drop it and opt psychology believe me it is more scoring and easy too understand .

and don't worry mostly students choose those subjects which they never studied in their past educational background.

if u have any query do ask
best wishes and regards
