Default am i eligible to appear with 2.3 GP

can some one appear in css exams with 2.3 CGP,because my university grants normal degree on 2.45 GP.

For 2012

ELIGIBILITY: Both male and female including disabled persons having at least 2nd Division Bachelor’s
Degree between the ages of 21 to 28 years as on 31st December, 2011 (i.e. a candidate born on or before 31st
December 1983 and on or after 2nd January, 1991 will not be eligible). The upper age limit may be relaxed
by two years in the categories mentioned in rule-4 provided with the application form.

2.3 out of 4??

A friend of mine attempted CSS 2012 and he has 2.34 CGPA out of 4 in the degree!

Check percentage of your total marks. It is mentioned on your DMC. If you have 2nd Division then you can appear in CSS.
