Civil servant means CSPs only or other persons such as Doctors, engineers which are appointed by Public service commisions in Bs 17 are also civil servants because their job is also in the scope of service.
Anybody please clarify this matter.

Aitizaz Ahsan has proved his mettle as a lawyer. No point discussing the wisdom of his decision. He would have neither earned such fame as a bureaucrat nor money.

Every one talk about a csp who became famous either by joining leading political party (Aitezaz) or become a famous actor (Hamza Ali Abbasi).

My Father, Shafiq Ullah Khan Bittani, passed his CSS, PCS (PMS) and an MA exam all in one year in the year 1973 just after B.A. He was from the 3rd common, joined Fed services as SO of the OMG and remained in positions ie Secretary custom, NAB and his last designation was DFA Cabinet. He was the only Candidate who came out with flying colors in both exam in same year. This is intelligence, this is wisdom and this is patriotism but nobody knows him, quite a pity. May his soul rest in peace. My Beloved father.
