Yesterday detail discussion held with Mr. Rai Ansar and he told me that getting date from a court is not a issue that can be fixed on urgent basis by giving some money. Issue is that Mr. A. K Dogar is busy in Musharaf case and he already advised that do not fixed the date before election due to his busy schedule. Mr. Rai also if all of us want to withdraw this immediately then he will get the date very soon and instead of A.K Dogar his son will go to the court and there will be no result. 2ndly Mr. Dogar is senior lawyer, Mr. Rai can request him he cannot forced him.

Keep it up Sadaf, don't listen to Rai Ansar's excuses. After election there will be something else due to which Ak Dogar will be busy. Before he was busy due to TahirulQadri, then due to CSS exam, now due to election and after election he will be busy with Musharraf or Nawaz sharif. See Rai Ansar is asking for more money. Our case is most urgent than anyone else. We have paid the money, he is not doing it for free that he is making excuses.

@ Sadaf this is the case no. which you can check from LHC site 21937-12.. further i dont want any comment. Mr. Mystic always give his comments in negative approach you can check history. Mr. Rai has been given just Rs.60,000/- (according to Mr. Asif) which is nothing against the fee of A.K Dogar.

And in one phase Asif and Raees had given more than one lac to Rai and then again Rai asked for money so we contributed again 65000. You don't know the whole story because you are a new comer. Open all threads about CSS age relaxation and read previous posts. Don't give out wrong information. Let Sadaf drive is out of the ditch.

we have nothing to do except arguing against each other. If Rai doing something then why are you people not trusting him. Even i don't know him personally but we all are relying on him so keep trust and be positive. Allah will do best for all of us.

Yes, you are right. But, please suggest a way out.

We have been struggling for this cause from the last 2 years. We have contributed financially and practically for this. But, unfortunately, the response of majority of aspirants has not been very encouraging. Pleople are more interested in getting updates and giving their advice on forums than being a part of it. Only a handful of people cannot do this. And, i fear, this is what has happened. Key activists are fed up by pleading people to practically join the cause than takling an advisory role and looking for updates only.

Everyone knows that age relaxation case is very strong and a prominent lawyer of the country has also agreed to it. But, there are no free lunches in this world. We have been asking people for a contribution to pay the lawyer's fee but again saw no one coming forward.

It was 1.5 years ago when i suggested that if every aspirant can arrange Rs. 10,000 on average, we would only require 100 aspirants to make Rs. 1m. The case can be fought easily with this much money. But, there have been no more than 10-12 people who have contributed. I have contributed many times more than this Rs. 10,000 but it is not the duty of 10-12 people only. We have not been able to pay the lawyer's fee and result is a delayed petition.

One more thing, some members have been murmuring that they cannot contribute financially because they do not trust us. To those, I would say that please come forward and take part in process. Simple. Also, the people who are taking this cause forward are all mature, educated and working at senior management positions and will never rob you off your Rs. 10,000 or whatever. However, the best way out is to actively participation by everyone.

Aspirants should show some serious attitute for the case and petition rather that looking at others to do the work and update the status all the time. People think that one day they will see the status that age relaxation has been granted. Wow.

With this state of mind, i do not think that we can get the agre relaxation in our life time. :-(

Mr bokhari also asking for one million to plead case of age relaxation and getting it decided before css 2014. If they can't trust to pay anyone, pay it directly to mr bokhari account after meeting him in his lhr / islamabad chamber
