Think about those who started this thread, who contributed and paid the lawyer and who protested in Karachi and quetta in front of press clubs. You people have appeared now, watch the dates in this thread when first post was posted and read the newsletters to editors. It is very easy to raise voice for self interest. We have paid for 5 years general age relaxation, ask Rai Ansar who too needs 5 years relaxation not 2.
Gillani who rejected the age relaxation proposal is now badly rejected by people, even his son is shot and kidnapped. Musharraf is living a dog's life in jail. Injustice leads to hell.
So stop discouraging people, new govt is willing to address the grievances of youth. And AK Dogar has asked for five years not two in his petition. It will be either 5 years given by court or non. In other countries it is 35 so it is possible in Pakistan as well. For other federal jobs govt had already given five years, they are also competitive exams. In fact if CSS is really a competitive exam then let candidates from all walks of life and age take it. Nothing to worry, only the best will survive.

its better to be practical and pragmatic than waste energy and resources on idealism and sentiments

Well, Ahmed Abdullah Dogar says that good chances of winning the case. He said hopes should be high. AK Dogar has made the article 25 as the base according to which discrimination is not allowed under the constitution. Govt granted 5 years general age relaxation in all federal jobs except those offered through CSS.
If the LHC grants five years relaxation then Nawaz shareef is expected to respect the court's decision than clashing with judiciary right at the start of his tenure as prime minister.
So guys everything is possible in Pakistan. National and international organisations have already been pushing for civil services reforms because the current bureaucratic system has failed in many ways because the incompetent are swarming federal posts, n breaking records of corruption and inefficacy. The competent ones are not allowed to take the exam due to age limit and they are leaving for foreign opportunities resulting in the worst brain drain. The points mentioned by Omer were written and published by me in the newspaper Pakistan Today.
Fpsc has no say in age limit which is set by prime minister only. Bhagwandas and especially those who were part of the commission were keen to change qualification criterion from bachelor to 16 years education with five years age relaxation but the zardari govt were against it. Come what may, we will relax age limit up to 33.
Deadly doctor, isn't idealism better than realism? It is always an idea that changes reality and not vice versa. Pakistan came into being as a result of an idea. People were poking fun at imran Khan that he was foolish when he talked idealism but see at the end he has risen as a huge political force and in next elections he will clean sweep.

who will do this joint effort?....we all are just saying this but no one agrees to other's suggestions....please guys....do something....time is running short....and one thing else i want to mention....i am sorry if i sound selfish to someone or i hurt some one...but i think we should do such type of effort which is atleast practical...i mean some people here are demanding 33 years age relaxation which is impractical because that was never in practice...originally it was 30 so please guys be practical and demand 30 years of upper age limit....my personal view is that we can not win any petition or case if we demand 33 age limit....please guys don't ruin other's chance....

we can get response from the federal ombudsman by quoting the decision made in the second link mentioned,also fisrt link clearly shows that the compaint can be registered from any individual ,One of my colleague has mentioned that they need full details of the complainant ....so what??...i dnt think there is any issue on that.
about my suggestion to meet ,i very well understand that the people who are living in far away cities can not come that easily to ISB or Lahore but the people who are living in nearby cities should come out and have a meeting.

Please anybody suggest some place convenient like McDonald Open area is ISB or rawalpindi Jinnah park on coming sunday i.e June2 2013,We will discuss and will keep other people from far flung areas updated.

I have sent emails and messages to known journalists and politicians. No response so far. I'm asking for 5 years general age relaxation so that all members who started these efforts and who petitioned the Peshawar and Lahore high courts can get a chance. Humanity is rising above self. And what of govt gives two years relaxation implemented from 2016? You will drown then. So better ask for 5 years to be on the safe side.

@luqi Thank you for your verbal support but now it is time that we go beyond verbal and moral supports. Actions speak louder than words, so it is time for action. Contact the above members and cooperate with them, discuss the options of protest in Islamabad in front of parliament, a press conference, or meeting Hamza shehbaz, or sheikh Rasheed, or Better Javed Hashmi in a group, or editors like Malick, zafar abbas.
