From the very first post upto the then threads its seems like this that age relaxation is an achievable task but here in this forum we just talk and discusses the matter, in simple words there is no fee for lawyer, so i suggest that we should bring the problem direct to PM and don't waste time, if we just talking and discusses the topic then remember time is running so fast, in short please give to the point information on this thread, like what about LHC or any other HCs hearings and what are there results............ furthermore, take such steps that before CSS EXAM 2014 WE ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF CSS AGE RELAXATION.............. And if we just here to discuss the matter only then forget the css age relaxation and don't give any false hope to anyone, we should be practical...............

Your suggestions are valuable,productive and result oriented.

You are absolutely right in suggesting IHC as the correct forum at which the issue could be raised. The IHC is famous for its bold judgements and timely resolution of the cases before it. In recent days,Justice Shoukat Aziz Siddiqui has passed some extraordinary judgments. In courts language, it has been said that "MATHA JUDJE MATHAY FAISLAY KARTA HAI". It doesn't mean any injustice, it simply indicates that instead of issuing bold orders, responsibility of action is passed on another department or govt is asked to take steps in particular direction.So far, IHC judges are not blamed with any "MATHA JUDGEMENT".

Secondly, as far as the lawyer is concerned, I am in complete agreement with your views. Why A.K Dogar or any other high profile lawyer? any comparatively low profile but competent lawyer can win the case with lesser fee. Indeed, apnay Sheikh Rasheed rightly quotes "behind every case, there is a face;nobody looks at the case, but the face." However, we cannot afford such luxury.

Moreover,what has been done so far by Mr. A.k Dogar, a high profile lawyer, in this regard instead of issuing two notices to the FPSC; Only one hearing and nothing more. I wonder, where are the petitioners. As far as I know Mr. Rai Ansar and eight others are petitioners in this case. Anyway, last week of this month is not very far.I expect, nothing would be achieved.

Where are you? FPSC is changing its competitive examination rules by each passing day (Screening test for 2014,and subject reversion). Please contact for taking concrete and result oriented steps.

I think we should start taking practical steps. If our intention is pure Allah will surely help us!

Thanks Omer but do you think they read the suggestions? If petitions are in court and that does not affect them...suggestions column is of no use

@All: Can we have a meeting on skype once? Please dears, its just talking and talking and talking and talking.. There seems to be no concrete steps. Dear time is too short. Lets have start regular correspondence on skype and decide what to do.

on september 15 2013 is the screening test for css 2014 candidates non sense people here r busy in making non sense suggestions one after other and keep praising n criticizing those suggestions, seems everyone is here for chit chat
lets forget that age relaxation will be granted with chit chat on this forum
the one suggesting to get a low competent lawyer wont be ready to contribute anything for even a low fees lawyer
one suggesting to file case in Islamabad HC and then disappears, whats the problem with LHC?
if you are really in favor of IHC go ahead & file your petition in IHC , who is stopping you.

it costs nothing to build castles in Airs. almost a year has passed since the petition is filed and you guys haven't come up with a single strategy, a common agreed upon plan of action
have you seen YDA protesting on roads , on hunger strike etc?
the people who want results have practical efforts on roads in front of media without caring for the extremes of weather, not sitting in an AC room in the comfort of their homes and just chit chatting on forum and wasting time
unless you get out of your comfort zone , you won't get anything except regrets

I have formed a group on skype for this purpose. All CSS age relaxation aspirants who want to resolve this issue through combined and concerted efforts are welcome to join it.

Group discussion would be held at an agreed time.

Once five to eight members join it, discussion time would be decided accordingly. Most probably it would be 10 or 11 pm

I would suggest you to hold your horses. Getting emotional will not get you anywhere. I and few other members could label suggestions to hire Naeem Bukhari as arrant nonsense but I will refrain from doing that. One of the members said that he/ she contributed Rs 5000. You can also enlighten others about the concrete things you have done other than sending emails to top-notch law firms.

You know why I wont! Because I dont need any kind of age relaxation. I am good to avail myself of my three chances.

The problem with LHC is that the defendant/ respondent does not reside in Punjab. The respondent is FPSC that carries its business in Islamabad so the place of suing should be IHC. Its not an opinion, its a provision of Civil Procedure Code. Secondly, anyone who knows about the pendency rate in LHC and the urgency as regards to final disposal of this suit, wont prefer to file a petition in LHC.

I have no animal in this fight so there is no reason why I should. However, I feel for the hapless aspirants who are being given false hopes. The bottom-line is that you guys cannot hire AK Dogar and you cannot afford Naeem Bokari. I second you to the extent that building castles in the air costs nothing so its about time that you should get realistic. A hungry man cannot insist that he will only eat in Serena.
